I did the $15 Olay Rebate HERE several weeks ago and got back a denial letter:(
Apparently, there was an error at the rebate fulfillment center with the UPC#s for the Olay Total Effects Body Wash. They were not added to the list of the qualified products until later (after rejections had already been sent to consumers). I called Olay at 800-285-5170 and was advised to call the fulfillment center at 866-789-3078. I had 2 different UPCs for my 3 products and the lady verified on the phone that one was correct. The other one was still not showing up on her computer. She made notes in my file and advised me to resubmit everything to the address in the denial letter with a letter stating that all the products I purchased were Olay body washes as per the offer form. I am sending it back today and hopefully all will go smoothly this time.
Usually rebates are very easy and have no problems if you follow the terms of the offer. But sometimes mistakes happen. That’s why I urge you to make copies of everything when you fill out rebates!
